Rates are discussed with each client individually.
I currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Crescent, EAN, Medcost and Tricare. I am also a provider with the Open Path Psychotherapy Collective. In addition, I can sometimes bill insurance as an 'out of network' provider but you should know that these fees are generally higher and are not typically applied to your deductible.
Please feel free to give me a call with any insurance questions you may have. I'll be happy to discuss these with you and, if I cannot provide services for you, will offer guidance on how you might find someone who can.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is prior approval required from my primary care physician?
Cash, checks, and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) are accepted at the time of your appointment. Please bring a copy of your insurance card to the first session.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session, as I cannot bill your insurance for missed sessions.
